“My professional path began years ago with a tourist guide licence when I was a student. That was the time when I fell in love with the art of storytelling and the joy of seeing guests discover the magic of a new place for the first time.
However, life led me to a different kind of microphone. I transitioned into the world of radio, where I’ve spent the last 2 decades —and where I still work today. Radio taught me the power of the human voice, the importance of a well-told story, and how to connect with people I cannot see.
But Istria’s red soil and salt air never stopped calling my name. I have returned to my first love—tourism—bringing with me all the communication skills from the radio studio back to the streets of Piran and the hills of the hinterland. I’ve realized that whether I’m behind a microphone or leading a group through a medieval streets, my mission remains the same: to share stories that inspire and connect.”
